Ya guy's I need help can you get this terd off

of my back this little pice of shit has been flaming me on my picture scream. First he start's Criticizing me on how much the picture look's like spirit style, Then he say's That it is stolen or somthing like that, and after all that drama he goes down to my spelling

I mean Hello!!!! I can speak and write in 3 diffrent Languages!!!! English is not my main one so I have the right to mess up and for english not being my main language I speak it pretty Darn good. So you Please Help me out with this person
